The University Club Plantation neighborhood has an active Homeowner’s Association (HOA).  A quarterly HOA meeting is facilitated by the developer and is held at the University Club Golf Clubhouse.  All residents are invited to attend these meetings.

Effective April 1, 2023, the HOA dues are $445 per quarter for dwellings and $520 per quarter for lots.  The additional $75 paid by lot owners covers the maintenance of the lots provided by the Homeowner’s Association.  HOA dues cover two main expenses, the security guard service at the front entrance during the evening hours and all upkeep and landscaping of the common grounds located throughout the subdivision. Also included in the dues are the use of our 24-hour fitness center, swimming pools and tennis courts.

Invoices for the HOA dues, a legal obligation, are mailed to property owners on the first of each calendar quarter and are to be paid in the first month of the quarter.  Any unpaid balance on an HOA account after the first month of the quarter will be assessed a $50 late fee.  Steve Lousteau manages the homeowner’s association and can be reached by dialing 225-767-4653 or by email at ucp@universityclubbr.com .
